누가 내 이웃입니까? 사랑을 무엇에 비유할까? 사랑은 다른 사람을 도와주는 손과 같다. 사랑은 가난하고 도움이 필요한 사람에게 달려가는 빠른 발과 같다. 사랑은 불쌍하고 곤궁한 사람을 살피는 눈과 같다. 사랑은 한숨과 울음소리를 듣는 귀와 같다. 사랑이란 그런 것이다. - 어거스틴 What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has the eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men. That is what love looks like. - Augustine + 도움이 필요한 이들을 위해서 우리는 부르심을 받았습니다. 이웃을 사랑하려면 때때로 불편을 감수해야 합니다. 게다가 감사인사 조차 받지 못할 때도 있습니다. 그럼에도 우리는 이웃을 사랑해야 합니다. 예수님이 우리를 사랑했기 때문입니다. + + We are called to love those in need. Sometimes it is an inconvenience to us and sometimes our help is not appreciated.
